With more than ten years of experience in commercial property management and facility operations—including managing large-scale airport facilities—he is known for his detail-oriented leadership, staff development expertise, and commitment to dependable, high-quality service. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, Massimiliano builds strong relationships with clients and teams alike while driving RPMC’s mission to deliver reliable, results-driven facility solutions.
